SaaS Platform Consultant
Configure and roll out CRM, ERP and industry cloud platforms for clients across sectors, from first workshop to go-live.
What you will do
- Run discovery workshops and turn business needs into clear platform designs
- Configure SaaS platforms: data models, workflows, security and reports
- Plan and support data migration, testing and user training
- Be the client's trusted contact through go-live and after
What we are looking for
- Hands-on experience implementing at least one enterprise SaaS platform (CRM, ERP, HR or similar)
- Comfort leading conversations with business users and technical teams
- Clear written and spoken English
Good to have
- Platform certifications
- Experience in a regulated industry such as banking, insurance or healthcare
